What is CBD?

CBD, short-hand for cannabidiol, is an amazing compound found in cannabis, however the vast majority of cannabidiol is extracted from hemp. Hemp is a commonly used term for strains of the cannabis sativa plant with very low levels of THC. Hemp has a long history of use in various products all over the world.

What is the Difference between Hemp and Marijuana?

While both hemp and marijuana are both species of cannabis, they are very different in terms of uses. Hemp, also known as industrial hemp, refers to a cannabis sativa which is known for its low levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

Will CBD Help Me?

CBD has been shown in various studies to have a multitude of health benefits, and while the Food and Drug Administration does not currently recognize cannabinoid products as health products, there are many customers and CBD users reporting phenominal results. There is no shortage of published articles and studies online. Please research the uses and effects of CBD and consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns.

What is CBD Isolate?

CBD isolate is a powder containing 99% PURE cannabidiol, offering CBD in its most concentrated form.

What is Full Spectrum CBD?

Full Spectrum is a term used to describe CBD oil that NOT only contains CBD, but also contains some terpenes and other cannabinoids such as CBG, CBN, and sometimes a trace amount of THC which is under the legal limit allowed.

We ship everywhere in America, and we dont ship internationally. Feel free to contact our customer support team if you are unsure about shipping to your area.

How do I get free shipping?

Every order over $100 is shipped free within the continental United States.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you process your order we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Once your order is placed and confirmed it immediately gets processed through our automated warehouse processing. This ensures that we are capable of shipping your order quickly and efficiently, getting your products out of our doors as soon as possible. In cases where cancellations are permitted, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.  Shipping cost is not refundable.

My order didn't process but funds were taken out of my account. What do I do?

What you're viewing on your account is only an authorization hold. This charge is scheduled to be released within 24-72 business hours. The reason this has happened is due to the credit card being processed with the incorrect billing address. We will only process a credit card transaction when the billing address listed is the correct address linked to the credit card that is being used. This is a precaution we take to prevent fraudulent transactions in order to protect our customers.
If the billing address is correct and you are still being declined, please return to the checkout page and re-enter your billing information and try again, or contact your financial institution for assistance with.

What Do I Do If I Cannot Enter My Discount Code?

If you are experiencing an issue when entering your coupon code, DO NOT PROCESS YOUR CREDIT CARD. Please contact our customer support department and one of our representatives will help you and process your order with your coupon code/discount.

What Do I Do If My Discount Code Expired?

Although your discount code has expired, we come out with new discounts regularly. Be on the lookout for future discount codes! If you're ever experiencing trouble purchasing with a discount code don't hesitate to contact us.

What is Your Return/Refund Policy?

Currently, we do not accept returns, and refunds are not given under any circumstances.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing & handling (including and other expedited services). In most instances, all orders are usually shipped same-day. Orders processed through the weekend will be processed on Mondays of the following week. Shipments are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

Where is My Package?

Use the provided tracking number to track your number on the USPS website. The tracking number can be found on your order confirmation email or your order history if you created an account during checkout. If you are currently logged in you can find your order history here. If the USPS says the package was delivered but you have not yet received it, please contact them or your local post office for further assistance. We recommend opening a research of delivery claim with USPS which may help in located your package’s whereabouts. Please be aware there can sometimes be a delay in actual delivery time with USPS.

Where Can I Find Information About My Order?

Once your order has been processed & shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number enclosed.
